I am writing to express consent and confirm understanding of the terms and conditions for participating in the upcoming meditation event, “Mindfulness for Happiness Retreat 2025”, scheduled to be held on November 19-23, 2025 at Blisstopia Retreat 9135 West Saddlehorn Road, Peoria, AZ, USA 85383.

It is understood that meditation practices may involve physical and mental elements, and the participant is responsible for their own well-being during the event. Participants will participate in a way that respects their physical and mental limits.
It is understood that “Mindfulness for Happiness Retreat 2025” is offered as an educational experience and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Consultation with a qualified healthcare professional is recommended for any health concerns.

Confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by other participants during the event will be maintained. Any personal sharing from participants will not be disclosed.

I understand that I may feel mentally and/or physically uncomfortable during parts of the course. I understand some movement, position or exercise may make me feel stress, discomfort, risk and/or pain during the course.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue“Mindfulness for Happiness Retreat 2025” from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in“Mindfulness for Happiness Retreat 2025”."
